Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque el escrito de subsanación no cumplió con la carga argumentativa cualificada requerida y exigida en las demandas donde el reproche contra la norma acusada radica en la violación del derecho a la igualdad.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación constató que el actor no presentó argumentos para refutar lo establecido en la providencia cuestionada y que sólo se limitó a repetir los argumentos expuestos en sus escritos de demanda y subsanación.
Ante la carga de motivación del recurso, se dispuso su RECHAZO.
